Joining as part of the inaugural BMW #NextTech program, Al's journey was a collaboration between BMW Group Australia, NextGen Jobs, and Kangan Institute. This innovative, accelerated apprenticeship initiative has paved the way for remarkable achievements in Al’s career.
🌟 Achievements Highlight:
2023: Al was a finalist for the Apprentice of the Year at the AEN Apprentice Training Awards.
2023: Participation in the Today's Skills, Tomorrow's Leaders program in Canberra, organised by NEAN.
2024: Honoured as the Automotive Apprentice of the Year Light Vehicle (Key Client) at the Kangan Institute Industry Excellence Awards.
Al has now officially become a Registered BMW Technician and a BMW GEN5 High Voltage Technician, marking significant milestones in his professional development.
It has truly been an honour to mentor Al and witness his evolution into one of the most skilled automotive technicians of his generation. His dedication and hard work have led to this outstanding achievement.
