Apprentice
Technician
The start of the journey. Learning the basics about the brand, products, dealership and taking the first steps into shaping your career.
Registered
Technician
You have excelled in your apprenticeship to completion, have begun increasing your productivity and efficiency, brand assessments and learning modules.
Senior
Technician
Taking part in further learning assessments and modules of brand training, while also exploring into heavier diagnostic work rather than your day to day jobs.
Master
Technician
No job is too great for you now you have mastered the brand training, passed the required assessments, and have now 9-10 years within the brand as a minimum.
How to Get Started
Starting is simple.
This unique opportunity allows you to become a BMW-registered technician, gain an automotive electrical qualification, and earn a BMW high-voltage certification. With PPE, uniform, travel, and accommodation covered where applicable, it's the perfect way to accelerate your career in the automotive industry.
